On 4th December 2009 the Harrogate
CII held their annual dinner at the Majestic Hotel. Thanks to
generous support from the guests, the evening raised over £1,100
for Saint Michaels Hospice, who provide care and support for local
people at the end of life. Other local charities also received
money raised from the night and despite the attendance of the event
being down, this was a successful evening all round for charities
supported by Harrogate CII.
Adele Sisk, Dip CII, motor underwriter at
Towergate AIUA and Chairman of Harrogate CII comments “I was
delighted the event was such as success and we managed to support
our local charities by raising some much needed funds”.
