Mum, Shirley, died of breast cancer in May 2004 a few hours after
I’d run the Race for Life for Cancer Research UK. I know that
no amount of money will bring my Mum back, or fill the great big
hole she left but by getting my trainers on and raising a
substantial amount of cash, hopefully less families will have to go
through the same pain. And . . . . if I reach my target of
£2500 - which incidentally will be matched by the Towergate
Charitable Foundation – I will be doing it dressed as WONDER WOMAN!

Every £500 donated will add another piece of
the Wonder Woman outfit. Please, please help me help Professor
Adrian Harris find more effective ways of fighting cancer.
Towergate has made a special agreement with Cancer Research UK,
that the total monies raised by Towergate employees will help
fund a research project run by Professor Harris in Oxford. He
and his team are looking into treatments that can prevent tumours
from forming their own blood supply - one of the best chances
we have of stopping the growth and spread of many types of
cancer.
