A cold Friday morning in Fareham, witches,
warewolves, dead people walking, reapers start appearing in the car
park at the offices in Funtley Hill” - Don’t be alarmed it’s
Camerasure’s charity Halloween day.
The office was decked out with Halloween
decorations, balloons & banners, cobwebs, spiders to give it
that extra special feel. ‘Just like home really’, said Julian
Palmer who visited us.

A cake sale took place where Chocolate witches hats, chocolate
coffin brownies; scary cookies, meringue ghosts & Gingerbread
skeletons were up for grabs.
We had a Vicar of Dibley tribute event - the
‘best carved pumpkin’ - and when the excitement died down we
had the Halloween Quiz.
Many of you may know that our local hospice,
Naomi House Children’s Hospice in Winchester, has been badly
affected by the collapse of the Icelandic savings banks.

This has made it all the more important for
businesses like ours to help them. Our Halloween event raised £70
which will be generously matched by the Towergate Charitable
Foundation - that’s £140 for the children and families
supported by Naomi House.
All members of our team made a tremendous
effort with their outfits and culinary skills. I would also like to
thank some special people from outside the company who gave up
their own time to contribute (Thank you for the late night baking
Karen!!!)
A freaky Friday was had by all.
