This Hotel booking service is available
for Towergate staff for business use and is also available to our
staff and clients for personal use. The service is fantastic. AND,
every booking results in a 1% price rebate paid to the Towergate
Charitable Foundation. This service has generated £600 in charity
income in its first 3 months.
To use the service simply call PHR’s knowledgeable and helpful
staff who will find out where you want to stay and then email you a
list of hotels showing their distance from the venue, price and
facilities available.
You must respond by email to say which hotel you wish to stay
at.
For business bookings you will be required to give your business
cost centre so that the invoice can be sent to Towergate central
finance who will cross charge your business. The price of the hotel
must be in line with Towergate’s guidelines on reasonable cost.
Personal bookings will need to be paid for by credit card.
It really is as simple as that. The PHR team will locate the
right hotel at the right location at the best price and our partner
charities will be smiling whilst you take a rest.
