Pink Connection
Towergate Connect in Colchester has raised around £348 mtd at
end October 2011 from a range of fun fund raising for Cancer Research UK and funds are still drifting
in.
The fundraising starts here:
- 3 bucket coin collections (Karen)
- Forfeit for those not dressed in pink….”get out on the street
and collect!” (£69)
- The great British Bake off competition (Alex)
- Dare or dosh game (Rob)
- Cake sale (Jacquie)
Special thanks to our “88” ladies (Emma and Lisa) who spent
their own funds on these costumes, (we have a video of them
pirouetting and invading a new business induction which is well
worth a look, bless them!)
Alex Ingleton, Karen Heeps, Emma McVicar, Lisa Murray &
Jacquie Hardy really excelled for charity in Pink month.
Towergate Connect Managing Director, Nel Mooy, said “I just
would like to add that Alex, Karen and Rob and also Emma, Lisa and
Jacquie really did so much to make it a pink month! They kept
things going with updates, great email communications, posters etc.
Without them we would not have raised nearly as much money as we
did.”
